Christine Marchesiello entered the Capital Region real estate scene in 2006 and hasn’t looked back. Christine was honored with the “Rising Star” award her first year in business and since then has focused on building first a career, and now a team of specialists built on a piece of her core mission “how can we do it better?”. Dominick brings a rare blend of emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial drive to The Marchesiello Team. Since entering the real estate world in 2017, Dominick has worn many hats, from driving both inside and outside sales to serving as our lead listing agent, and now as Director of Sales. His rapid rise is a direct result of his dedication, performance, and mastery of the craft. With over 300 homes sold and more than $125 million in individual career volume, his track record speaks for itself as one of the top listing experts in the Upstate New York region.
Together with Christine and the incredible members of The Marchesiello Team, they have helped lead the sale of over 1,500 homes since 2006, guiding countless clients through successful moves. His proudest accomplishment is having the team’s core specialist agents consistently ranked in the Top 1% of the Capital Region MLS, year after year.
Before transitioning into real estate, Dominick spent over a decade in the healthcare industry at Saratoga Hospital, where he worked as a physical therapist, clinical supervisor, and business development team leader at the Wilton Medical Arts site. He holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration. Today, he continues to give back as a Trustee Member of the Board of Directors for the Saratoga Hospital Foundation, a role that reflects his deep commitment to making a lasting impact in the Saratoga Springs community.
Dominick’s journey into real estate was inspired by the passion and success of his wife, Christine. Together, they’ve built a powerhouse team rooted in service, strategy, and collaboration, while creating a meaningful way to grow both a thriving business and a life by design.
Outside of real estate, Dominick is a proud husband and father of two beautiful girls. He’s a dedicated dad who enjoys traveling with his family, spending summers on Lake George, and watching the horses in the heart of Saratoga. With a background in education and social media, Bobby approaches real estate with a thoughtful, people-first mindset and a sharp understanding of how to create results. Before joining the industry, he taught middle and high school science in the Capital Region and holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and a Master’s Degree in Education.
While teaching, Bobby also built a career in social media strategy, working with some of the nation’s top real estate agents to grow their online presence. That experience ultimately inspired his own move into real estate, seeking a career where he could build meaningful relationships while making a greater impact.

When he’s not negotiating offers or prepping a new listing, Bobby enjoys watching the Yankees, trying new local restaurants, and spending time with his wife, Alyssa, and their dog, Callie. They live in Malta and love calling the Capital Region home.

Annabelle is thrilled to be joining The Marchesiello Team, bringing a strong foundation with a BA in Graphic Design from Binghamton University along with a deep passion for sports, art, and community. She is excited to offer a fresh perspective and a high level of enthusiasm in her role.
A former Division 1 women’s lacrosse athlete, Annabelle developed strengths in teamwork, perseverance, and strategic thinking—skills she now applies to her real estate career. Having grown up in Niskayuna and spent significant time in and around Saratoga, she has a strong connection to the area and enjoys sharing that appreciation with her clients.

As the lead manager for The Marchesiello Team, Lonny brings a unique blend of experiences to the table. Hailing from just outside Boston, he graduated from Emerson College with a degree in Broadcast Journalism before embarking on a diverse career journey. While living in Boston he worked as a tour guide for the Red Sox at Fenway park. For over a decade Lonny worked in the growing craft beer industry selling craft beer across New York and Vermont.
Long before joining the team, Lonny bought his home in Malta with our buyers specialist Trista. He lives there with his wife Maggie, son Jameson, and their giant dog Elsa. In his free time Lonny loves to cook, and to explore local restaurants and breweries. He prides himself on communication and helping connect people with the perfect specialist for them.

An original downstate New York gal, Kelsey Donohue joins the real estate scene following a decade of industry experience in Fitness and Wellness. Prior to joining the Marchesiello team, Kelsey spent the last ten years dedicating her professional career to training her clients and building the fitness industry throughout the Capital District. As a leader and community builder within the fitness space, Kelsey relied heavily on the importance of cultivating relationships based on trust and dependability.
As both a former coach and collegiate athlete, Kelsey treats every opportunity to help her clients with the same level of intensity and preparedness as she did any sporting event. Atop of being a true competitor, Kelsey is the ultimate teammate. Kelsey’s ability to adapt, communicate effectively and showcase a high degree of empathy are the traits she believes will allow her clients to find the success that deems their experience to be a TRUE WIN.
Despite her career in real estate, Kelsey’s true passion is raising and spending time with her two daughters, Kenley and Kella, alongside her husband, in Saratoga Springs. Kelsey spends her time chasing the girls around, as well as loving on her first born, a rescue pup, named Caesar. If she has free time, you can find Kelsey at one of her favorite local coffee spots somewhere downtown.

Cory was born and raised in the Saratoga Springs area as the third generation of his family in harness racing at Saratoga Casino and Raceway. A proud South High Bulldog alumnus, he then graduated from Plattsburgh State with a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism. Over the next 15 years, as a successful harness racing trainer and driver, he excelled at finding his clients the perfect racehorses to meet their needs and add to his stable. Although he adores his equine athletes, Cory prefers human interaction and loves creating new lasting relationships with clients that become like family.
With his zeal for living, dedication to his craft and absolute love for helping people from all walks of life, Cory looks to add another dimension to the Marchesiello Team. Born in upstate and raised in the capital district, with a brief stint in Maryland, and NYC, the capital district kept calling Spencer home. With a career in hospitality for the past twenty years from mom and pop shops to institutions like the Rainbow Room he has developed and refined the ability to provide exceptional service, and connect with anyone and everyone. This experience, and connections in the community ultimately led him to bartending at a restaurant in downtown Saratoga Springs. The owners of that restaurant had recently bought and sold their home with The Marchesiello team and introduced him to the Pro Team. Spencer is excited to make the home selling and buying process seamless, stress free, and make new friends in the process, with the tools and systems of The Marchesiello Team.
Currently completing a Bachelors in Communications and Environmental Studies. He resides here in Saratoga Springs with his pup Tyler Jean who his neighbors call ‘the mayor’ as she has to be friends with everyone she sees. They love hiking and are working their way through the 46 high peaks of the Adirondacks.
