Christine Marchesiello entered the Capital Region real estate scene in 2006 and hasn’t looked back.  Christine was honored with the “Rising Star” award her first year in business and since then has focused on building first a career, and now a team of specialists built on a piece of her core mission “how can we do it better?”.  Her commitment to customer service, high ethical standards, top-notch negotiating skills, and ability to dissect the market and give advice that leads to the most positive outcomes possible based on vast experience is the foundation upon which The Marchesiello Team has been built on. The team is now consistently in the top 1% of all real estate agents regionally and nationally.

Christine has received numerous accolades over her career including winning “Best of the Saratoga Region” for 5 years running at the local level and is now recognized as a national Real Estate leader speaking at several international events, being invited on numerous podcasts, and being included into a private mastermind with Gary Keller himself exclusive to the top agents in the world. To her, the biggest success of all is the continuous 5-star reviews the team receives from clients for their stand-out service.  Making one of the most stressful and challenging times in people’s lives easier is something that she is passionate about and she truly strives to create this experience for team clients through every system the team has built.

Dominick brings his exceptional interpersonal skills, genuine care and concern for others, strong negotiation skills, along with a strong entrepreneurial spirit to the team. In his previous professional life, Dominick worked for Saratoga Hospital for over 10 years where he was a physical therapist, clinical supervisor and business development team leader at the Wilton Medical Arts site. He has a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy as well as a Masters in Healthcare Administration.  After watching the excitement and success of his wife Christine over her many years in the business they decided to solve two problems at once; being able to actually spend some time together while bringing the qualities Dominick possesses that make them the perfect combination as team owners.

In Dominick’s first few years in the business, he quickly rose through the ranks to become the top listing specialist in our region. By focusing solely on the seller experience he has refined all of the skills necessary to produce the best possible results with the support of his full-time Listings Director. He literally preserves thousands of dollars of his client’s equity on every sale by applying industry-leading best practices to every single sale.

Dominick’s goals on the team are to grow a strong, service-based, connection with the community as well as ensure our current and past clients’ needs are being met throughout the buying and selling process and after. Recently, he took on the leadership position of “Director of Sales” and he currently leads and coaches our entire sales force.

Bobby brings enthusiasm, interpersonal skills, and compassion to everything he does throughout the real estate transaction process. In his previous professional life, Bobby taught middle school and high school science in the Capital Region. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, and a Masters Degree in Education.

While teaching he was actively involved in the social media industry. This gave him the opportunity to work with some of the top real estate agents in the country, to help them build their online presence. Working with these clients inspired him to make the move to find more fulfillment within his career. When not in the office you can find him watching the Yankees, or trying out new local restaurants with his wife and their friends!

Bobby strives to provide the highest quality of service to each and everyone of his clients! He currently resides with his wife, Alyssa, and their dog, Callie, in Malta.

Paige began her career as a teller and over the years worked her way into management in the financial industry. Most recently right here in Saratoga Springs! Her journey navigating the banking industry has given her the customer service, problem solving, and relationship building skills she needs to succeed in her new role. Paige hopes to apply these skills to her current role as Listing Director at the Marchesiello Team and create meaningful, long lasting relationships with our clients all while continuing to provide the highest level of service that our clients have come to know!

Paige moved to the Saratoga area in 2018 and has recently purchased a home with her fiancé Wyatt in Waterford with The Marchesiello Team! In her spare time she enjoys home projects, cooking, and hosting family and friends for any occasion.

Enthusiasm, hard work, and personalized service goes into everything Trista does. Realizing that each and every client has a specific and individual need, Trista recognizes these needs and follows up, both before and after the deal. Her goal is to find her clients their ideal home and help them move into the next stage of their lives as quickly and as easy as possible!

Before entering the field of real estate, Trista spent her entire career in the service industry. For 13 years she worked as a retail manager before deciding to pursue her passion and get her real estate license! She specializes in listening to specific needs, diligent follow up, patience, and has a strong sense of urgency that will leave you thrilled to have found her! These are some of the attributes that allow her to stand out in the industry and why she was asked to join The Marchesiello Team. Trista holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Syracuse University. She currently resides in Clifton Park with her husband, and two daughters.

Madyson is a dynamic professional blending her diverse background in sales, hospitality, and technology with her passion for real estate. With over 8 years of experience in sales and hospitality, she brings a unique perspective and a wealth of skills to her role.

After graduating with an advanced diploma focusing on technology and engineering, Madyson embarked on her journey into the real estate world. Inspired by her own experience as a first-time homebuyer and her keen interest in engineering and architecture, she joined The Marchesiello team in 2020 as a Showing Specialist. Quickly proving her prowess, she ascended to the role of Buyer Specialist.

Driven by her multifaceted experiences, Madyson transitioned seamlessly into the position of Marketing and Contract to Close Director. Here, she thrives on leveraging her passion for graphic design, content creation, and problem-solving to ensure seamless real estate transactions. Whether it’s meticulously crafting marketing strategies for listings or navigating the complexities of contract closure, Madyson is committed to excellence in every aspect of her work.

Beyond her professional endeavors, she shares her space with her three rescue dogs, her son, and her husband, Jack. Together, they enjoy exploring local culinary spots, immersing themselves in nature, and embarking on DIY home improvement projects.

As a Long Island native, Tristin fell in love with the beauty of Upstate New York when she attended SUNY Plattsburgh. After living in California for the last few years, she has made her way back to the Northeast where she looks forward to serving the Capital District, Saratoga and surrounding areas. With a background in the hospitality industry, her focus is on customer service and the importance of listening to clients needs; ensuring they are met throughout the entire process and beyond. Through her passion for helping others, she is dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized attention and will work tirelessly to find you the perfect home.

During her downtime, you can find Tristin hiking in the Adirondacks, on a boat with friends and family or with her dog at Saratoga State Park.

As the lead manager for The Marchesiello Team, Lonny brings a unique blend of experiences to the table. Hailing from just outside Boston, he graduated from Emerson College with a degree in Broadcast Journalism before embarking on a diverse career journey. While living in Boston he worked as a tour guide for the Red Sox at Fenway park. For over a decade Lonny worked in the growing craft beer industry selling craft beer across New York and Vermont.

Long before joining the team, Lonny bought his home in Malta with our buyers specialist Trista. He lives there with his wife Maggie, son Jameson, and their giant dog Elsa. In his free time Lonny loves to cook, and to explore local restaurants and breweries. He prides himself on communication and helping connect people with the perfect specialist for them.

Cory was born and raised in the Saratoga Springs area as the third generation of his family in harness racing at Saratoga Casino and Raceway. A proud South High Bulldog alumnus, he then graduated from Plattsburgh State with a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism. Over the next 15 years, as a successful harness racing trainer and driver, he excelled at finding his clients the perfect racehorses to meet their needs and add to his stable. Although he adores his equine athletes, Cory prefers human interaction and loves creating new lasting relationships with clients that become like family.

With his zeal for living, dedication to his craft and absolute love for helping people from all walks of life, Cory looks to add another dimension to the Marchesiello Team. He is passionate about catering to the needs of his clients and designing specialized plans to achieve each individual’s real estate goals. 

When he’s not helping his clients find the perfect home to suit their needs, Cory is a sports fanatic. Whether he is playing basketball at Skidmore College, golfing, hiking, running, or walking through the Saratoga State Park with his love, Heather, Cory is always waiting to help his next client win in real estate.

Born in upstate and raised in the capital district, with a brief stint in Maryland, and NYC, the capital district kept calling Spencer home. With a career in hospitality for the past twenty years from mom and pop shops to institutions like the Rainbow Room he has developed and refined the ability to provide exceptional service, and connect with anyone and everyone. This experience, and connections in the community ultimately led him to bartending at a restaurant in downtown Saratoga Springs. The owners of that restaurant had recently bought and sold their home with The Marchesiello team and introduced him to the Pro Team.  Spencer is excited to make the home selling and buying process seamless, stress free, and make new friends in the process, with the tools and systems of The Marchesiello Team.

Currently completing a Bachelors in Communications and Environmental Studies. He resides here in Saratoga Springs with his pup Tyler Jean who his neighbors call ‘the mayor’ as she has to be friends with everyone she sees. They love hiking and are working their way through the 46 high peaks of the Adirondacks.

Annabelle is absolutely thrilled to be joining The Marchesiello Team. With a solid foundation and BA in Graphic Design from Binghamton University and a deep-seated passion for sports, art, and community, she’s excited to bring a fresh perspective and a whole lot of enthusiasm to the table.

Having navigated the demanding world of Division 1 women’s lacrosse, Annabelle has honed her skills in teamwork, perseverance, and strategic thinking – all qualities she’s eager to leverage in her journey through real estate. She finds joy in thinking outside of the box, and constantly seeks innovative solutions to exceed expectations and create unforgettable experiences for those that she works with. Growing up in Niskayuna, she’s spent quite a lot of time in and around Saratoga, so it holds a special place in her heart; and she’s excited to share her love for the community with clients.

Art and creativity have always been driving forces in Annabelle’s life, particularly painting, which has instilled in her a keen eye for design and interior aesthetics. While her venture into real estate may be relatively new, her internship experience with the Hollands Homes team at Keller Williams Capital District has provided her with invaluable insights and a solid foundation to build upon.

Over the past five years, Annabelle has immersed herself in the world of restaurants and customer service, mastering the art of genuine connection and creating memorable experiences for others. Now, she’s eager to translate that personal touch into meaningful relationships with her clients in the vibrant Saratoga area.

Real estate isn’t just about transactions to Annabelle; it’s about helping people find their place in the community and making their dreams a reality.
